Privacy policy

Bespoke Media Group Pty Ltd handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We collect the information you give us when you make an enquiry, subscribe to a bulletin, submit a story, register for a program or create a member account. That typically includes your name, company, role, email address and phone number.

We also collect standard technical information such as device type, browser, referring page and pages viewed, which we use to understand how the sites are used.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver services and programs, operate member accounts, assess story submissions, send bulletins you have asked for, and improve our publications and products.

We do not sell personal information.

We disclose personal information to service providers who help us operate, including overseas providers. These include Supabase for database and file storage, and Stripe for payments. We disclose information only for the relevant service, or where required by law.

Information is stored with reputable providers and protected with access controls appropriate to its sensitivity. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site uses first-party analytics to understand visits, page use and general performance. The analytics sets an anonymous id and never records your name, your email address or your IP address.

Browser settings such as Do Not Track are honoured, and analytics is switched off automatically when those signals are present.

You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a privacy complaint by contacting nic@bespokemediamanagement.com.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
